I've seen this video a few years back...and for some reason it pops up on my feed again, then I noticed that young guy's name who demonstrated the service is Steven Rotter...he just joined the Spiker's Turf Cotabato team this year, it's a Philippine based V-league...man he is tall and a heavy spiker right now...still need to work out with his jump serve though, sorry. but i'll be watching this guy along with other PH greats, he's got so much potential.

This is the best teaching on good form balance momentum and power. The only thing i believe he missed was the leg kick when you are curled up in the air. Well for me that was what gave me the maximum power hits because i feel like a whip

Karch Kiraly.. I dare say he was by far the best volleyball player I've ever seen. He was also very talented, but I think he was a good example for all volleyball players with his fighting spirit in every game and a great personality that thoroughly puts the whole team first. Your dazzling performance at the Seoul Olympics will feel as vivid as if it were just yesterday.

you should put your arms a bit higher while you wait for the ball to come because you dont know how the ball will curve or especially if the ball floats its pretty hard to receive it with digging and way easier with upper
